"Hong Kong Style" Salmon*

Popped in for a quick lunch, and sat at the bar. The ambiance was warm and inviting. After getting suggestions from the bartender, I settled on the Hong Kong Style Salmon. The Salmon was cooked perfectly and the Hong Kong sauce was everything it was supposed to be!! *chef's kiss*

"Hong Kong Style" Salmon*

What an amazing, delicate cut of salmon. It's my first time trying this and it was a great anniversary gift. One bite and I immediately went to Hong Kong! Thanks for the experience

"Nashville Hot" Fried Chicken Sandwich*

Pulled Pork Tacos *

OMG! My mouth is watering just thinking about the pulled pork tacos! They are melt in your mouth, sweet, spicy, salty, a little smoky, and cheesy all at the same time! I have travelled the world and never found a better pulled pork taco than this! Nailed it!!! ~ totally addicted

Salt Factory Mussels

We were visiting from California. We had the mussel dish as an appetizer. Ended up order more for the meal. The mussels with tender and not over cooked and the sauce, my lord that sauce was sublime, wished I'd had a loaf of bread to sop up every morsel.
